• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and take suitable action within allowed timeframes • Work cross-functionally with fraud and disputes departments to determine case-by-case next steps • Investigate transactions using internal policies and review methodologies to identify patterns and trends • Investigate account patterns through data analysis using internal systems and tools • Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention mechanisms, processes, and tools • Maintain strong domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies • Meet or exceed SLAs for timely resolution of queued cases to minimize potential losses • Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently • Make recommendations to management on improving and scaling processes
• Experience analyzing data and making impactful decisions in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong business judgment and communication skills • Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required • Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time
