📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for payments service changes and improvements • Ensure work is documented, prioritized, and moving through the backlog; follow up on status and surface blockers • Gather stakeholder context, summarize key information, and prepare materials for provider meetings • Respond to routine internal questions using available resources • Learn and apply SQL to query payment data • Support creation and maintenance of dashboards tracking payment performance, processing failures, and operational health • Flag anomalies in payment flows and assemble data for reviews and investigations • Maintain internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and operational processes • Keep cross-functional teams aligned through concise written updates • Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams • Translate technical challenges into clear language and business needs into actionable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field • Genuine interest in payments, fintech, and complex financial systems • Natural curiosity and a logical mindset • Strong attention to detail • Comfort working with data and willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus but not required • Effective written and verbal communication • Prior experience in internships, projects, or extracurriculars related to product, fintech, data analysis, or startups is a plus • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required • Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication
