📋 Description

• Build and maintain innovative product features while actively learning new areas of the product • Collaborate with product feature owners and provide constructive improvement suggestions • Participate in design and architecture discussions • Work hands-on with the codebase and contribute to code reviews • Mentor engineers beginning their careers • Continuously build and deploy scalable solutions with the team • Assist with project planning, estimations, and completion for stakeholder initiatives • Solve challenging technical problems with a highly motivated team • Work with engineers across multiple teams to design, develop, and deliver new features

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience for this mid-level development role • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools; comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Familiarity with modern frontend development; React experience preferred • Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or a similar compiled statically typed language • Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL • Knowledge of automated testing for applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Familiarity with RESTful API principles • Basic knowledge of microservice architecture • Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
