📋 Description

• Build and maintain innovative product features • Collaborate with product feature owners and suggest improvements • Participate in design and architecture discussions • Contribute hands-on to the codebase and code reviews • Mentor engineers starting their careers • Build and deploy scalable solutions with the team • Assist with project planning, estimation, and completion • Participate in an on-call rotation for production incidents • Work with engineers across multiple teams to design, develop, and deliver features

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team • Familiarity with modern frontend development; React experience preferred • Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or similar compiled statically typed language • Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • Knowledge of automated testing for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests preferred • Familiarity with RESTful APIs preferred • Basic knowledge of microservice architecture preferred • Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes preferred
