📋 Description

• Perform wet chemical analysis of samples accurately and efficiently, following approved testing methods and laboratory procedures • Operate laboratory instruments, including AAS, ICP, UV, LECO and XRF • Conduct routine equipment checks and report instrument faults or maintenance requirements to the supervisor • Follow quality control procedures, maintain accurate laboratory records and report non-conformities • Prepare, handle and label laboratory solutions and standards correctly • Maintain laboratory cleanliness, ensure proper use of PPE and comply with safety, hygiene and QHSE requirements • Monitor laboratory supplies and report shortages or operational issues to the supervisor • Support daily laboratory operations to ensure timely, reliable and accurate test results

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience • Hands-on experience in wet chemical analysis • Practical experience with AAS and ICP is a priority • Experience with UV, LECO and XRF is an advantage • Good understanding of laboratory procedures, quality control and safety requirements • Good communication skills • A Chemistry-related qualification is preferred
