Ensure all data is up-to-date and error-free. • Data Entry: Accurately enter product information into our database system. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the merchandise team in San Francisco. Provide regular updates on tasks, projects, and any challenges encountered. • Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to the merchandise team as needed, including assisting with special projects, conducting research, and performing other administrative tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or Fashion Merchandising. • 2 to 6+ years of experience working inside a structured, apparel operation—specifically within buying, merchandise planning, or brand management roles • Fluent in English • 2+ years of experience with data entry in English • Exceptional writing skills • Extreme attention to detail • Strong with Data: comfort running calculations, analyzing data, and tracking numbers under tight deadlines. • Proficiency with G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Flexible and able to wear many hats
