📋 Description

• Integrate and automate new data sources into the data lake and data warehouse, ensuring data is accessible and usable. • Create, maintain, and optimize data ingestion pipelines and processes, focusing on quality, performance, sustainability, and cost. • Develop highly complex source and database integrations. • Create and maintain data marts, schemas, and tables across the raw, trusted, and refined layers. • Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and governance, supporting data documentation and cataloging. • Translate business rules and needs into data requirements and technical solutions. • Build advanced tables and dashboards to support analysis and insight generation. • Partner with analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business teams. • Support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives. • Serve as a technical reference, providing mentoring, training, and onboarding support for new team members. • Share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the team’s technical development and the evolution of the data strategy. • Identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies, pursuing greater efficiency, quality, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL and Python for optimizing complex data-processing workflows. • Strong command of data modeling techniques for designing efficient data schemas. • Extensive experience with data virtualization tools such as Denodo for federated data access. • Proficiency in Teradata for data warehouse management and large-scale analytics. • Advanced knowledge of Databricks for building and managing big data pipelines. • Leadership skills to lead initiatives and mentor team members. • Strategic thinking to architect scalable and efficient data solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills at all levels of the organization. • Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions. • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills. • Regulatory compliance knowledge (LGPD/GDPR). • Advanced knowledge of modern data architectures.
