📋 Description

• Develop automations using RPA platforms (UiPath, Python, Power Automate) • Participate in technical assessments and detailed requirements gathering for process automation • Translate business rules into scalable, easy-to-maintain automated workflows • Develop reusable components and automation libraries • Monitor automation execution in production environments • Troubleshoot failures and handle incidents related to automations • Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions • Drive continuous improvements to existing bots • Develop integrations with APIs, databases, ERPs, CRMs, and enterprise applications • Implement information exchange mechanisms between internal and external systems • Ensure the security and integrity of data processed by automations • Follow the development, documentation, and governance standards defined by the organization • Prepare technical documentation, operating manuals, and support procedures • Participate in technical reviews and user acceptance testing processes
