📋 Description

• Develop high-quality creative and visual assets across Side's marketing and communications • Apply and evolve Side's visual identity across digital, print and physical assets • Support campaigns, service launches, thought leadership and marketing initiatives from concept through final delivery • Create client, sales and executive presentations with strong visual storytelling • Provide design support for corporate, commercial and financial reporting, including data visualization and recurring reporting templates • Evolve reusable PowerPoint templates, presentation systems and visual assets • Design creative for websites and digital campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Create motion graphics, animated content and short-form video for campaigns, social media, presentations and events • Work with web developers and external partners to translate creative concepts into digital experiences • Develop artwork for exhibitions and client events, including booth graphics, signage, digital screens and event collateral • Explore and integrate generative AI and emerging creative technologies into design workflows • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines within established Marketing workflows • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, Communications and teams across Side's global studios and service lines

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years' professional graphic design experience within an in-house team, agency or similar creative environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across a range of formats • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills • Strong Figma and digital design capability, with an understanding of responsive and web design principles • Experience creating motion graphics and editing video using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools • Experience designing large-format, exhibition or environmental graphics and preparing artwork for production • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, information design and data visualization • Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies • Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience within games, technology, B2B marketing or corporate/financial reporting would be advantageous • Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across digital and print formats
