📋 Description

• Own features and systems across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure from problem definition through production • Partner with product to break down ambiguous scope and ship iterative, high-impact releases • Make architectural and design decisions and explain the reasoning to the team • Integrate language models into enterprise customer workflows with attention to reliability and safety • Solve engineering problems involving API performance, microservices, and scaling across channels and brands • Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure with a DevOps mindset • Share knowledge, conduct thoughtful reviews, and help teammates improve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Experience owning and running systems in production • Strong full-stack engineering skills with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express • Experience with AWS, including Fargate, Lambda, EC2, and SQS • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as CodePipeline or GitHub Actions • Experience with microservices and scalable systems • Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production • Product-focused mindset • High ownership and direct communication • Next.js, Infrastructure as Code (CDK or Terraform), Python, event-driven architecture, or customer support/CX software experience are bonus points • Must be physically located in Argentina
