📋 Description

• Build the core product experiences powering Pasito’s AI workspace • Design and build rich editing and collaboration experiences using ProseMirror / Tiptap and Yjs • Focus on correctness, performance, and excellent user experience • Integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows directly into rich-text, data-dense, and collaborative user interfaces • Work with Product, Design, Sales, and Client teams to understand customer workflows • Translate customer workflows into durable product solutions • Refine existing patterns and challenge assumptions • Help define quality standards and what great product experiences look like as the product and team scale • Shape UI architecture and deliver mission-critical experiences for carriers, brokers, employers, and employees

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building complex web applications • UI-first, product-driven engineering experience • Strong frontend and user-facing systems experience • Experience building rich UI editors using ProseMirror / Tiptap • Experience building real-time collaboration and local-first applications using Yjs • Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks like Next.js • Hands-on experience integrating AI / LLM-powered workflows, such as ChatGPT or Claude, into user-facing products • Strong familiarity with frontend testing tools and best practices • Comfort operating across the stack • Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and designers
