📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for real-time vehicle tracking, route optimization, billing, and dispatch • Own platform reliability and observability • Set up monitoring, alerting, and on-call practices • Model and evolve the Postgres schema and manage migrations • Build integrations with billing providers, telematics APIs, and customer communications platforms • Work with the founding team on long-term backend architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend fundamentals • Production Node.js services experience • Understanding of API design, database performance, and distributed systems tradeoffs • Cloud infrastructure management experience, ideally on AWS or GCP • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform • Ability to scope and ship solutions for ambiguous problems • AI multi-agent expertise • Willingness to participate in live coding interviews or practice for them if required • Physically located in Argentina
