📋 Description

• Ship Product End-to-End by owning features from database schema to UI components • Architect solutions for scaling to millions of documents • Bridge AI solutions with the ML team • Elevate engineering culture through development practices and new AI-powered tools

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience with Go (preferred), Java, C++, or similar strongly typed languages • Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or similar modern JS frameworks • Experience building on AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3) • Experience leading projects with ownership and responsibility • Background in Fintech, Mortgage Tech, or complex workflow automation (bonus points)
