• Provide wound, stoma and bowel care • Catheter Care (IDC - Males & Females), SPC • Apply advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management • Administer medications and injections • Perform an optimum standard of nursing care to our clients • Use your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities to provide an optimum standard of care to our clients
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing • 2+ years post-graduate, with broad experience in general nursing • Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations • Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage) • Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach • Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians • Australian driver's licence
• Competitive hourly rate $62.77 - with up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options
