📋 Description

• Provide home help services to aged care clients, including general housekeeping and making beds • Clean, mop and vacuum floors • Wash, fold and iron laundry • Prepare meals and complete grocery shopping • Assist clients with getting out of bed, showering and dressing • Assist clients to take medications • Assist with mobility and therapy goals • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia • Provide social and emotional support • Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments • Support family carers by providing respite • Work independently and ask managers for help when needed • Deliver safe, personal, connected and effective care

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 months’ experience in a similar professional role • Experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications • Valid Australian Driver's Licence • Own insured, roadworthy vehicle • Must complete a Statutory Declaration prior to commencement • Must complete a National Police check prior to commencement • Must complete a Working Rights check prior to commencement • Must complete a pre-employment functional assessment prior to commencement
