📋 Description
• Visit elderly clients in their own homes around the Adelaide area. • Provide practical advice, services and solutions to maintain independence. • Support the physical, functional and cognitive abilities of clients. • Provide ADL assessments and equipment prescriptions, home modification recommendations, and intervention services. • Develop care plans and solutions tailored to each client's needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy. • Current AHPRA registration. • Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population. • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team. • Current, full Australian driver's license. • Full time permanent or part time permanent availability.
