• Own the full design process end-to-end • Partner directly with Oisin and a founding designer • Drive consumer experience design • Work in a PLG/A/B testing environment • Help shape the broader design team

• Strong product thinking • Consumer product background • Opinions and backbone • Chemistry and personality • Ownership mindset • Comfortable with experimentation, A/B testing • Early-stage or founding designer experience • Experience with social/viral product mechanics • Background at companies like Spotify, Strava, Notion, Monzo • Some craft/taste for visual design • Hobbies: Enjoys the outdoors, sports, or some other physical activity.
