📋 Description

• Process and clarify outstanding receivables • Proactively contact customers regarding overdue payments (inbound and outbound) • Agree on installment plans and individualized payment arrangements • Document calls, payment commitments, and agreements • Communicate in a solution-oriented manner to resolve payment delinquencies out of court • Clarify outstanding receivables with customers by phone and email

🎯 Requirements

• Resident in Turkey • German at native-speaker level • Confident, friendly telephone manner—even during challenging conversations • Basic computer skills • Own Windows PC or laptop • Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, stable internet connection, and noise-cancelling headset) • Reliable, motivated, and committed to achieving results • The employer does not provide a Windows laptop or PC or a headset; these work tools must be provided by the contractor
