📋 Description
• Build connectors and automated checks in Big Data to validate report facts (payment, amount, channel, status, dates). • Model and implement a 360° Timeline by integrating transactional events and customer interactions. • Integrate multiple internal sources into a unified view of the customer journey with end-to-end traceability. • Operationalize the recurring routine "new case → dossier → checks → timeline → cause → recommendation." • Implement dashboards and metrics to support decisions for process, system and communication improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree • Degree areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields. • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. • Experience building pipelines and writing queries in Big Data environments. • Event-driven data modeling (timeline, temporal ordering, joins across heterogeneous sources). • Familiarity with integrating multiple internal data sources. • Version control with Git and pipeline documentation. • Experience with Spark/PySpark, Hive or equivalent corporate Big Data environments. • Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) for executive dashboards. • Knowledge of pipeline orchestration (Airflow or equivalent). • Previous experience in the financial/banking sector or in customer service/journey operations. • Basic knowledge of NLP/LLMs for integration with the "Mestre" front. • Knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and handling of sensitive data.
