📋 Description

• Organize requirements • Document digital customer journey flows • Track the implementation stages of the platform’s agents • Build the orchestrator

🎯 Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree • Degree in Systems Analysis and Development or Information Systems • Knowledge of .NET and software engineering • Knowledge of software architecture (Clean Architecture, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, etc.) • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration • Knowledge of SOLID principles • Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) • Experience with Terraform/IaC • Knowledge of artificial intelligence • Experience integrating AI services (model APIs, inference) • Prompt engineering and model response evaluation • Processing of structured and unstructured data • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) • Experience with non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB) • Participation in AI governance and ethics initiatives • Experience with messaging/event systems (Kafka, SQS, Service Bus, or similar) • Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
