📋 Description

• Develop conceptual frameworks for the agentic economy applied to the financial sector • Propose heuristics for decision-making in interactions with autonomous agents • Develop taxonomies of agent types and map their roles within value chains • Create testing protocols to evaluate interactions between agents and the bank’s digital services • Build prototypes of autonomous markets and trading environments for AI agents • Analyze technical and operational requirements for security, reliability, and governance • Generate strategic recommendations for product, technology, user experience, and innovation • Develop assessments and guidelines to position the bank in relation to intermediary, representative, or consumer agents • Produce technical reports covering research scenarios, impacts, and findings • Monitor trends such as tokenization, the programmable economy, and emerging protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Completed master’s degree • Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on LLMs • Experience with algorithms and programming, particularly Python • Strong logical reasoning skills • Experience searching for, interpreting, and analyzing scientific papers • Knowledge of or experience with multi-agent systems • Knowledge of or experience with the digital economy • Interest in AI ethics and its socioeconomic impacts • Knowledge of or experience with CX and product journeys • Availability to work 40 hours per week • Availability for a 12-month period
