📋 Description

• Develop conceptual frameworks for the agentic economy as applied to the financial sector • Propose heuristics for decision-making in interactions with autonomous agents • Develop taxonomies of agent types and map their roles across value chains • Create testing protocols to assess interactions between agents and the bank’s digital services • Build prototypes and simulations of autonomous markets and trading environments for AI agents • Analyze technical and operational requirements for serving agents securely, reliably, and with effective governance • Generate strategic recommendations for product, technology, user experience, and innovation • Develop assessments and guidelines to position the bank in relation to intermediary agents, representative agents, or direct consumers • Produce technical reports covering scenarios, impacts, lessons learned, and research findings • Monitor trends such as tokenization, the programmable economy, and emerging protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Completed master’s degree • Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • Availability to work 40 hours per week • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on LLMs • Experience with algorithms and programming, especially Python • Strong logical reasoning skills • Experience locating, interpreting, and analyzing scientific papers • Knowledge of or experience with multi-agent systems (preferred) • Knowledge of or experience with the digital economy (preferred) • Interest in the ethics and socioeconomic impacts of AI (preferred) • Knowledge of or experience with CX and product journeys (preferred)
