📋 Description

• Conduct a structured literature review on conversational AI and voice technologies • Identify technological gaps and innovation opportunities • Analyze methods for extracting acoustic, linguistic, and behavioral features • Evaluate techniques for detecting communication states from audio • Propose communication assessment models for corporate environments • Design experiments and scientific validation criteria • Prepare technical specifications for product enhancement • Support engineering teams in translating findings into features • Produce technical documentation and executive reports • Periodically present findings and recommendations to the project team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with the degree completed • Data Scientist profile • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning • Experience searching for and analyzing scientific papers • Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent architectures • Knowledge of audio and speech processing • Knowledge of STT (Speech-to-Text) • Knowledge of TTS (Text-to-Speech) • Proficiency in Python • Knowledge of AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent) • Knowledge of NLP • Experience with experimental model evaluation • Scientific publications related to AI, voice, or NLP • Experience with Voice AI • Experience with Speech Emotion Recognition • Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) • Experience with conversational agents • Knowledge of prosodic analysis and acoustic signals • Experience with multimodal environments • Previous development of AI products or prototypes • Participation in recognized research groups • Knowledge of adult learning • Contributions to open-source projects related to the field

🏖️ Benefits

• Stipend: BRL 9,000.00 • Work from home / fully remote • Availability for 40 hours per week • Duration: 12 months
