📋 Description

• Define the core methodology for measuring the value of financial collateral • Structure causal hypotheses related to sufficiency, release of excess collateral, basket composition, and customer service channels • Develop a prioritization model that considers value, risk, effort, and data quality • Guide experiment planning and validation using real-world data • Define metrics related to potential capital, LGD, recovery, pricing, limits, risk appetite, and customer experience • Assess the methodology’s originality and its potential for producing a scientific paper or patent application

🎯 Requirements

• Completed PhD • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Quantitative Economics, or a related field • Causal inference • Statistical modeling • Machine learning • Optimization • Experimental design • Scenario simulation • Model evaluation • Validation metrics • Model explainability • Python • SQL • Technical and scientific documentation • Experience with implemented projects involving financial collateral, preferably in production environments • Measurable results • Technical and scientific publications or intellectual property registrations related to the subject
