• Develop and test automation for aggregation and consolidation of data • Participate in technical definitions together with the tech lead and the team.
• Completed bachelor's degree • Background in Data Engineering or Software Engineering • Practical knowledge of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces • Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) fundamentals • Reliability-oriented monitoring • Basic experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar) • Log analysis and troubleshooting in distributed applications • Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and microservices • Experience consuming and analyzing REST APIs • Knowledge of cloud environments (preferably AWS) • Ability to define metrics and operational KPIs • Basic programming logic (Python or C#) • Handling data in JSON format • Experience defining executive and operational dashboards (desirable) • Creating alerts and proactive monitors (anomaly detection) (desirable) • Experience with tracing tools (desirable) • Experience with observability pipelines (data collection, processing, and visualization) (desirable) • Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging) (desirable) • Familiarity with golden signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation) (desirable) • Analysis of system behavior in production (desirable) • Post-mortem practices and continuous incident improvement (desirable).
