📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with vehicle rental questions and closing reservations • Verify customer information and provide assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section • Collaborate with SIXT branches in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) are a plus • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment including availability for night shifts • Solution-focused with ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions • Team collaboration in an international environment
