📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process • Verify customer information and provide related assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch are a plus • Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
