📋 Description

• Identify and unlock automation opportunities with Fleet Operations teams • Analyze decision-making across the operational value chain and identify where AI adds value • Translate insights into concrete AI and automation initiatives • Build robust multi-step AI agent systems for real operational workflows • Use modern AI-assisted development tools • Partner with Software Engineering to create durable solutions • Shape Fleet Operations platforms, tools, and system architecture • Translate operational challenges into technical briefs for Data Science and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine agentic AI expertise, including building systems where AI takes action • Understanding of mobility, logistics, or supply chain operations • Proactive ownership from problem definition through outcome • Proficient Python coding • Confidence with LLM calls, agent frameworks, and data pipelines • Ability to produce maintainable, high-quality code • Fluent in English • Knowledge of German is a plus
