📋 Description

• Proactively acquire new dealerships and aftersales partners in person across Northern Germany • Build strong personal relationships with existing customers • Negotiate contracts and terms for long-term partnerships • Identify dealerships, workshops, and repair businesses with growth potential • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the field • Analyze and evaluate sales KPIs • Identify new business opportunities and revenue potential • Implement recommended actions

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial vocational training with an additional qualification or a successfully completed degree in business administration • Demonstrated success in the dealership, aftersales, or OEM sectors, ideally in field sales • Strong hunter mentality and enthusiasm for customer acquisition • Willingness to travel • Class B driver's license • Excellent knowledge of sales tools, ideally Salesforce • Proficiency in MS Office • Fluent in German and English
