📋 Description

• Follow market trends and performance • Develop and enlarge the product portfolio • Identify additional business opportunities • Implement and carry out cross-functional projects • Manage partner business for a portfolio of franchisees in Europe and worldwide • Serve as first-level contact and manage operational day-to-day business • Create training formats • Develop and adapt products to local needs • Perform quality checks • Facilitate partner sales opportunities • Cooperate with franchisees and internal departments including operations, accounting, pricing, and sales • Create and update relevant documentation • Perform monitoring and performance analysis • Exchange ideas on opportunities and measures to grow partner business globally • Develop market intelligence and competitor monitoring • Provide detailed information and ad hoc analysis • Standardize and improve reports for KPI and B2P development tracking • Analyze and steer results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, e.g. in business administration, and/or first working experience (internship, trainee or similar) in the car rental industry, tourism sector, e-commerce, sales operations or a comparable field • Interest in the mobility and tourism industry, with an understanding of global travel trends and distribution players • Service mentality, ownership and eagerness to learn • Digital & AI first mindset • Strong MS Office skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with project or CRM tools such as Jira or Salesforce is a plus • Analytical thinking with the ability to derive measures from data and KPIs • Ability to structure and summarize key messages and understand complex setups or processes • Ability to establish seamless cross-functional cooperation • Strong written and spoken communication skills • Proficiency in English • Further languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or German are a plus
