📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms • Assist clients with service requests and updates • Provide clear and accurate information about company services and policies • Maintain organized customer records in internal systems • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Basic computer and digital communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
