📋 Description

• Manage global freight procurement activities from sourcing and negotiating rates to maintaining accurate pricing data • Process procurement activities accurately and maintain data and the RFQ tool • Identify special-handling requirements and implement process improvements and resolutions • Request, analyse and negotiate freight rates across transport modes • Support global RFI/RFQ processes and maintain rate cards • Identify cost-saving opportunities • Support supplier management and relationship development • Maintain supplier documentation and contribute to supplier meetings and Quality Business Reviews • Partner with Freight Bill & Audit, Pooling and Pricing teams to resolve billing queries • Anticipate volume changes and provide accurate pricing information • Respond to operational requests • Support dashboards and data visibility • Analyse trends and volumes • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency and supplier performance • Use technology and AI to improve data quality, visibility and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding • Experience managing and negotiating freight quotations across multiple transport modes • Solid understanding of global RFQ processes, rate management, and supplier coordination • Experience creating, maintaining, and analysing transportation rate cards • Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, including RFQ platforms • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills • Experience supporting cost-optimisation initiatives • Strong AI knowledge and ability to use different platforms to create tools, dashboards and visuals improving data quality • Ability to work accurately with large datasets and pricing structures • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English • Additional languages are an advantage • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities • Ability to work cross-functionally and support global stakeholders in a dynamic environment • Must be located in, or able to relocate without sponsorship to, Poland, Portugal or Spain • Must be authorised to work in the current country of residence without sponsorship
