📋 Description

• Conduct supplier assessments and on-site audits to evaluate quality systems • Partner with engineers throughout the hardware product development process • Drive supplier qualification activities, ensure compliance with quality requirements • Lead supplier quality planning during various production phases • Manage supplier corrective action requests and lead investigations • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and KPIs focusing on quality • Analyze manufacturing and field quality data to identify trends • Collaborate with suppliers to implement robust inspection and control methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Experience developing, qualifying, and managing electronics manufacturing suppliers • Quality engineering experience in consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or similar industries • Familiarity with PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes • Experience interpreting electrical schematics and engineering documents • Proficient with quality tools such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis • Experience with component qualification and failure analysis techniques
