📋 Description

• Collect application info, understand repository structures, and identify CI/CD usage to confirm Monorepo eligibility. • Coordinate technical prerequisites, manage repository permissions, and lead onboarding sessions with application teams. • Guide teams on standard Monorepo CI/CD usage, configure pipeline variables, and troubleshoot common failures using approved runbooks. • Support the first CI pipeline execution and deployment validation, tracking defects and ensuring onboarding criteria are met. • Maintain onboarding FAQs, draft troubleshooting notes, and contribute to the improvement of runbooks and lessons learned. • Triage Monorepo-related tickets, resolving known issues and preparing detailed escalation packages for the Software Factory team when complex blockers arise.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles. • You have hands-on experience with DevOps practices, specifically within GitLab environments and Monorepo structures. • You understand pipeline automation, variable configuration, and troubleshooting deployment models. • You enjoy working with runbooks and standard checklists to ensure high-quality, repeatable outcomes. • You can clearly explain technical prerequisites and onboarding processes to diverse application teams. • You are skilled at triaging incidents and knowing when to resolve versus when to escalate complex platform-level issues.
