📋 Description

• Create bilingual content in English and Mandarin, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media copy, and other campaign content • Adapt content using style guides and AI-assisted workflows while reviewing drafts for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality • Turn events, launches, and product updates into recaps, follow-up emails, social posts, and one-pagers • Support product-related content and updates with product and marketing leads • Use shared AI-assisted workflows and templates and suggest process improvements • Publish and update website and blog content, including formatting, images, and routine page changes • Check website links, fix routine CMS issues, and document and escalate complex problems • Apply campaign tracking standards including UTMs, source fields, and naming conventions • Maintain accurate CRM data • Update recurring HubSpot and GA4 reports and highlight notable results • Serve as the main point of contact for events and trade shows • Coordinate event planning, vendors, execution, and reporting with the Growth Director and relevant team members • Manage event logistics including registration, booth setup, staffing, shipping, and on-site coordination • Coordinate event lead capture and handoff to Business Development colleagues • Support event follow-up and report on leads, conversions, attendance, and costs • Coordinate procurement and inventory of branded collateral, merchandise, and corporate gifts • Gather and compare vendor quotes, track delivery and invoices, and provide recommendations to the Director of Growth • Maintain an organized vendor list and service history

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, marketing, or marketing operations • B2B, SaaS, HR tech, or startup experience is a plus • Strong written English and Mandarin • Spoken English for global team collaboration • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting, and workflows • Sound judgment in reviewing AI-assisted output • Experience using a website CMS and troubleshooting content issues • Experience coordinating events or trade shows, vendors, and budgets • Organized and proactive, with strong follow-through and early escalation of issues • Based in Taiwan • Comfortable working independently in a remote team • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform is nice to have • Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, GA4, or Looker Studio is nice to have • Some exposure to paid media such as Google, LinkedIn, or Meta Ads is nice to have • Experience with workflow automation or AI agents is nice to have
