📋 Description

• Manage and record clients' daily financial transactions, complete posting processes, and verify that all transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger. • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations. • Maintain full sets of accounts for various clients and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. • Prepare and maintain audit schedules, including fixed assets, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), accruals, and prepayments. • Ensure all accounting treatments and financial reports strictly comply with The Small and Medium-sized Entity Financial Reporting Standards (SME-FRS). • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in an accounting/corporate services firm is a strong advantage). • Solid understanding of Hong Kong Accounting Standards. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and advanced MS Office, especially Excel. • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
