📋 Description

• Turn AI and automation opportunities into deployed, measurable business capabilities across Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance • Take ambiguous manual processes from discovery and specification through coding, deployment, monitoring, support and handover • Lead and deliver at least three end-to-end business automations within the first six months • Build solutions using LLM APIs and SDKs, databases and warehouses, accounting APIs, Slack, document-generation workflows and scheduled jobs • Stabilise and improve existing automations for reliability, maintainability and supportability • Target SGD 100,000+ in annualised value across 12 months and establish ROI metrics before building • Track usage, costs and adoption; audit the automation portfolio and scale or stop solutions based on impact • Design low-code/config-driven interfaces for non-technical teams to operate and update workflows • Provide documentation, safeguards and power-user training • Maintain core code and infrastructure with Sleek-owned credentials, fallbacks and rollback procedures • Conduct discovery with subject-matter experts and convert ambiguous requirements into practical specifications • Build stakeholder relationships across Sleek’s markets and business functions • Proactively identify opportunities and communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and senior leadership • Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently • Participate in interviews and reference verification as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional technology/industry experience • At least 4+ years of hands-on software development/coding experience • Proven experience independently building, deploying, monitoring, debugging and supporting production software • Strong hands-on Python development experience • Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based systems into production for real users • Current hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Codex or similar • Demonstrable experience building AI-powered automations, agents, workflows or applications for real business problems • Comfortable working with SQL, data warehouses, third-party APIs, file and document formats, and business-system integrations • Proven experience building a system or significant application from scratch and owning it through production • Experience enabling non-technical colleagues or business teams to independently maintain or extend a tool • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions and manage expectations • Ability to establish business baselines, develop ROI cases and measure automation value • Experience in a startup, scale-up or smaller team environment • Strong ownership, initiative, communication, commercial mindset, curiosity, structured thinking, humility and resilience • Experience with regulated, multi-jurisdiction or professional-services environments is nice to have • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, corporate secretarial, compliance or fintech operations is nice to have • Experience with Xero, BigQuery, Slack integrations, document workflows, AI agents, evaluation frameworks or production LLM monitoring is nice to have • Consent to background screening, which may verify education, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy or adverse credit history
