📋 Description

• Turn AI and automation opportunities into deployed, measurable business capabilities across Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance • Take ambiguous manual processes from discovery and specification through coding, deployment, monitoring, support, and handover • Deliver at least three end-to-end business automations within the first six months • Build against LLM APIs and SDKs, databases and warehouses, accounting APIs, Slack, document-generation workflows, and scheduled jobs • Stabilize and improve existing automations • Target SGD $100,000+ in annualized value across 12 months • Establish baselines and ROI metrics before building • Track usage, costs, adoption, and business impact • Scale high-impact solutions or stop low-impact builds • Design low-code/config-driven interfaces for non-technical teams • Provide documentation, safeguards, rollback procedures, and power-user training • Maintain core code and infrastructure under technical ownership • Build on company-owned credentials and avoid single-point failures • Build stakeholder relationships across Sleek’s four markets • Conduct discovery with subject-matter experts and translate ambiguous requirements into practical specifications • Identify opportunities proactively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues and senior leadership • Participate in interviews and reference verification as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional technology/industry experience • At least 4+ years of hands-on software development/coding experience • Proven ability to independently build, deploy, monitor, debug, and support production software • Strong hands-on Python development experience • Proven experience building and deploying production LLM-based systems for real users • Current hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Codex, or similar • Demonstrable experience building AI-powered automations, agents, workflows, or applications solving real business problems • Comfort working with SQL, data warehouses, third-party APIs, file and document formats, and business-system integrations • Proven experience building a system or significant application from scratch and owning it through production • Experience enabling non-technical colleagues or business teams to independently maintain or extend a tool • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations • Ability to establish business baselines, develop ROI cases, and measure automation value • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or smaller team environment • Ownership and accountability • Initiative and bias for action • Strong communication skills • Commercial mindset • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI • Structured thinking • Humility • Resilience • Attention to detail • Excellent listening and clear communication • Consent to background screening, potentially including education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history checks • Nice-to-have: regulated, multi-jurisdiction, or professional-services experience • Nice-to-have: accounting, bookkeeping, corporate secretarial, compliance, or fintech operations experience • Nice-to-have: Xero or other accounting platform/API experience • Nice-to-have: BigQuery or other cloud data warehouse experience • Nice-to-have: Slack integrations • Nice-to-have: document-generation or document-processing workflows • Nice-to-have: AI agents, tool-calling systems, or multi-step AI workflows • Nice-to-have: evaluation frameworks, golden sets, and production LLM monitoring
