📋 Description

• Analyze home sleep test results to identify patterns and abnormalities • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to customers and address questions and concerns • Provide equipment recommendations based on sleep test results and physician recommendations • Drive sales of CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment in alignment with physician orders and treatment plans • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and reinforce commitment to therapy • Perform virtual demonstrations and education of respiratory therapy equipment • Train and educate consumers on equipment use and answer service or equipment inquiries • Keep track of industry news and developments and maintain knowledge of current DME products and services • Provide technical support for PAP patients, referrals, and team members • Maintain client relations and consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, medical conditions, and home environments • Identify programs or initiatives to increase revenue, decrease costs, and/or improve customer satisfaction • Coordinate with other departments to minimize delivery expenses and provide efficient customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Sleep Technologist with a minimum of 2–3 years of DME experience required • Ability to troubleshoot and provide recommendations for appropriate CPAP masks, CPAP, and BiPAP equipment • Patient-focused approach and ability to understand patients’ objectives • Ability to set up and operate CPAP and BiPAP machines • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), specific to Sleep Apnea and CPAP Products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to properly treat confidential information • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment • Ability to multitask and pivot as priorities change
