📋 Description

• Manage amicable and litigated claims files • Analyze civil liability claims, including bodily injury risks, as well as ten-year construction liability claims • Determine liability and negotiate the allocation of responsibility between the insured and the injured party • Coordinate construction professionals, loss adjusters, and lawyers • Monitor legal proceedings • Ensure a high standard of service for policyholders • Attend expert assessments and policyholder meetings, as required

🎯 Requirements

• Rigorous and well-organized • Strong team spirit and commitment to the company • Excellent writing skills and strong verbal communication • Initial experience managing litigated construction claims • Sound knowledge of construction insurance • Knowledge of civil and administrative procedures would be an advantage • This position is open to people with disabilities or equivalent status within the meaning of Article L. 5212-13 of the French Labour Code
