📋 Description

• Lead general accounting and part of the headquarters’ accounts payable function • Serve as the functional link with the Group accounting team based in Morocco • Ensure the quality and timely completion of financial closings • Oversee Group consolidation • Manage external tax service providers • Lead the Group’s treasury function alongside the Treasury Manager and their team • Participate in due diligence processes and acquisition transactions • Lead accounting integrations, particularly tax-related integrations, following acquisitions • Stabilize and further develop the function’s tools and systems • Work closely with Management Control (FP&A) • Strengthen ties with agencies and construction sites, particularly regarding quotations and procurement • Ensure the reliability of financial statements and contribute to external growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience • Initial experience in an accounting firm • Currently working as an Accounting Director or an experienced Accounting Manager seeking to progress into a leadership role • French accounting qualification (DEC) or equivalent degree preferred • Strong technical expertise in accounting, consolidation and taxation • Experience in an SME or mid-sized company environment • Experience in the construction industry or a related sector preferred • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and closely alongside field teams • SAP proficiency is essential
