📋 Description

• Manage various SAS maintenance and servicing projects • Supervise the team alongside the SAS Project Manager • Prepare work sites • Receive and inspect substrates • Monitor and check execution • Lead and motivate the team • Close out projects • Provide and submit regular updates to the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a skilled construction worker in the building envelope sector • Valid driving licence (Category B) required • Maintain good working relationships with other trades • Ensure neither you nor your team are positioned in traffic routes or areas where loads are being moved • Report all hazardous situations to your line manager • Ensure projects are properly completed and that safety and installation procedures are strictly followed • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant techniques and tools • Have a thorough understanding of industry standards and DTUs • Organise work sites and anticipate the required materials and equipment • Understand and work with different types of substrates and their properties • Share expertise and know-how • Understand and apply safety rules • Enjoy working as part of a team • Demonstrate curiosity
