📋 Description

• Manage and oversee various SAS construction sites (maintenance/servicing) • Supervise the team as a deputy to the SAS Project Manager • Prepare the worksite • Receive and inspect the substrate • Monitor and control execution • Lead and motivate the team • Close out the worksite • Ensure proper execution of the worksite and compliance with safety and implementation procedures • Prepare and submit regular updates to the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain good working relationships with other trades • Ensure that neither you nor your team are positioned in traffic areas or areas where loads are being moved • Report any hazardous situations to your supervisor • Ensure proper execution of the worksite and strict compliance with safety and implementation procedures • Prepare and submit regular updates to the line manager • Demonstrate proficiency with relevant techniques and tools • Have a thorough knowledge of industry standards and DTUs • Organize a worksite and plan the required equipment and materials • Understand and work with different types of substrates and their properties • Share expertise and know-how • Understand and apply safety rules • Enjoy working as part of a team • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn • At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled construction worker in the building envelope sector • Category B driving licence required
