📋 Description

• Manage and oversee various SAS building-envelope maintenance and repair projects • Supervise the team, supporting the SAS Project Manager • Prepare the worksite • Receive and inspect the substrate • Monitor and verify execution • Lead and motivate the team • Close out the project • Provide regular updates to the line manager • Ensure the project is completed properly and that all safety and execution requirements are strictly followed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction worker in the building-envelope sector • Valid Category B driving licence required • Maintain good working relationships with other trades • Ensure compliance with traffic routes and load-handling areas • Report any hazardous situations to the line manager • Follow safety and execution procedures • Demonstrate proficiency with relevant techniques and tools • Apply industry best practices and DTUs (French technical standards) • Organise worksites and anticipate the required materials and equipment • Understand and work with various substrate types and their properties • Share expertise and know-how • Understand and apply safety rules • Enjoy working as part of a team • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn
