📋 Description

• Define, measure, and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets • Lead incident response, troubleshoot complex system issues, and conduct blameless post-mortems • Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing strategies • Maintain and scale Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines • Build automation to reduce toil and improve developer productivity • Debug and resolve complex application and platform issues on Kubernetes and Docker • Monitor system performance, forecast resource requirements, and scale infrastructure • Integrate security practices into the platform and automate vulnerability remediation • Partner with product and platform teams to build reliable systems and standardize run patterns • Create documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans • Promote SRE best practices and champion an SRE culture across engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; able to lead war rooms and articulate complex technical issues • Deep understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, and incident management • Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker • Expert ability to diagnose pods, logs/events, probes, networking, resources, and volumes • Solid Linux fundamentals, including processes, networking, filesystems, and permissions • Deep proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go • Extensive experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and distributed tracing • Practical AWS knowledge, including IAM, VPC/networking fundamentals, EC2/EKS, S3, and CloudWatch • Platform experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows • Working knowledge of modern service lifecycles such as Java/Spring Boot and reliable containerization • Comfortable leveraging AI coding and editing tools • Proactive learner with a strict ownership mindset and accountability for uptime • Calm under pressure, capable of operating independently and driving solutions end-to-end • Experience with Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize is nice to have • Deeper AWS experience with ECR, ALB/NLB, RDS, and Parameter Store/Secrets Manager is nice to have • Familiarity with OPA/Gatekeeper/Kyverno admission control and software supply-chain controls is nice to have • Experience with chaos engineering, fault injection, or performance/load testing frameworks is nice to have • Experience with enterprise release management in regulated environments is nice to have
