📋 Description

• Design and implement feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities • Scale successful experiments across the organization • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes • Lead change management and oversee adoption of processes and practices • Support planning processes in collaboration with the Product Operations team • Coach leaders and teams on flow management, throughput optimization, and capacity planning • Enable consistency via playbooks, templates, and tooling • Partner with senior management and executives on organizational design to maximize R&D goal attainment, clarity, ownership, and efficiency • Partner with Data Operations, Internal Engineering, Product Operations, and other functions to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into delivery metrics • Depending on background, focus on Program Execution, including execution metrics, tool consolidation, and release management, or Delivery Coaching, including change management, agile flow, cross-functional dynamics, collaboration optimization, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience from similar role(s) in software product organizations, such as technical program management, product leadership, engineering management, engineering operations, release management, or organizational coaching • In-depth understanding of modern development patterns, practices, and tools used in software and digital product development • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to understand, make decisions, inspire, drive change, and assess impact • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to use systems thinking, or similar approaches, to break down complex SDLC challenges • Leadership and coaching skills to help drive improvements and impact • Track record of driving successful organisational adaptation and change management • Comfort operating in AI-enabled, high-growth, scaling, or transformational environments, including organizational changes, new operating models, or AI-driven initiatives
