📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy • Own technical SEO and resolve issues affecting organic visibility • Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, and competitor research • Improve organic rankings, qualified organic traffic, leads, and revenue • Develop and execute an SEO-focused content strategy • Identify content gaps and improve existing content • Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local search visibility • Monitor Google rankings, Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO KPIs • Configure analytics and tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Build reporting and dashboards focused on business outcomes • Use Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive SEO and marketing tasks • Manage tracking, A/B testing, and email automation • Build WhatsApp agents and web agents • Drive YouTube content promotion

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO content strategy • 5+ years of experience driving Google Search and organic ranking growth • 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) • 5+ years of experience in keyword research and competitor analysis • 4+ years of experience with React and Next.js • 5+ years of overall experience at Senior level • YouTube content promotion experience is essential • Ability to work in a balanced independent and collaborative manner • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail • Strongly flexible and adaptive working style • Creative problem-solving approach • Ability to operate effectively in a strongly fast-paced environment
