📋 Description

• Welcome, advise, and assist every customer throughout their in-store experience • Identify customer needs and drive sales through personalized, attentive service • Build customer loyalty by providing high-quality follow-up, including after-sales service (alterations, returns, complaints, etc.) • Deliver an exceptional customer experience as a true Maje brand ambassador • Help showcase the collections in accordance with merchandising guidelines and the brand’s premium image • Receive, inspect, label, and organize merchandise, while ensuring the stockroom is well maintained • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store (opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, and administrative support) • Report to the Store Manager and join a passionate team at the heart of the Maje universe

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience: 1 year or more • Proficiency in French and English • A strong appetite for challenges • Motivated, bold, and entrepreneurial mindset • Genuine interest in the world of fashion • Inspired by the values of kindness, freedom, creativity, generosity, and family
