📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within the POD, predominantly on Meta and sometimes TikTok • Audit ad accounts and use account and Triple Whale data to inform strategy and optimisations • Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate paid social strategy into concrete account actions • Test and scale creative produced internally and externally • Understand client targets and provide clear, proactive updates, including pacing updates against monthly goals • Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and recommended future direction to the Growth Strategist • Ensure account actions are grounded in objectives and KPIs set by the Growth Strategist • Maintain ad account hygiene through clear structure and naming conventions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands • TikTok experience is a plus but not essential • Experience leading budgets of $250k+/month • Prior agency experience, or experience running an in-house account for a 7–8 figure e-commerce brand, strongly preferred • Experience across a range of DTC categories such as supplements, skincare, fashion, and home care is a plus • Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce • Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs • Able to work within approximately 2 hours of UK working hours • Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required
