📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts, and medical scientific stakeholders • Share information with field and head-office teams regarding communications with KOLs • Deliver high-quality medical and scientific communications aligned with corporate and Business Unit communication plans • Create and execute center of excellence engagement plans • Support affiliate Medical and cross-functional teams in developing local medical tactics and regional plans • Organize and set up scientific advisory boards • Support local market access, pricing, and reimbursement with patient access teams and HQ • Contribute to local and regional medical scientific activities • Provide feedback for Business Development due diligence and competitor analysis • Deliver input to regional medical programs ahead of launch • Attend local, regional, and global congresses and symposiums representing Sobi • Complete required training and comply with local regulations and policies • Propose, implement, and monitor regional medical action plans, including Phase 3/4, investigator, and post-authorization studies • Provide input into brand strategy, planning, and budgeting • Respond to medical questions from customers and colleagues • Ensure initial and ongoing medical training of field teams and internal employees • Validate the team’s medical information • Work with field teams on public relations and healthcare-professional symposia • Liaise with patient advocacy groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine) • Experience within GCC markets is a plus including Saudi • 4 years + experience in pharmaceutical industry • 2 years + experience as MSL • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) • Ability to manage diversified portfolio and business complexity • Proven track record of achievements and ability to consistently meet and exceed medical KPIs • Operational discipline to execute aligned plans • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic • Effective and influential oral presentations within the healthcare profession • Communication and negotiation skills • Excellent collaborative and organizational skills
