📋 Description

• Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other medical scientific stakeholders • Share information with field and head-office teams regarding communications with KOLs • Deliver high-quality medical and scientific communications aligned with corporate and Business Unit communication plans • Create and execute center of excellence engagement plans • Support affiliate Medical and cross-functional teams in developing local medical tactics and contribute to regional plans • Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with appropriate stakeholders • Support local market access, pricing and reimbursement with patient access teams and HQ • Contribute to medical scientific activities locally and regionally • Provide feedback for Business Development due diligence and competitor analysis • Deliver input to regional medical programs ahead of launch • Attend local, regional and global congresses and symposiums representing Sobi • Complete required training in local regulations and policies and ensure adherence • Propose, implement and monitor regional medical action plans, including Phase 3/4 studies, investigator studies, post-authorization studies, and promotional and educational medical projects • Provide timely input into brand strategy, planning and budgeting • Respond to medical questions from customers and company colleagues • Ensure initial and continued medical training of field teams and internal Sobi employees • Validate the team’s medical information • Work with field teams on public relations or healthcare professional symposia • Liaise with patient advocacy groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine) • 4 years + experience in pharmaceutical industry • 2 years + experience as MSL • Experience within GCC markets is a plus including Saudi • Desired: Postgraduate university degree level education – medical based • Desired: Experience in Endocrinology, Lipidology & Metabolic therapy areas • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) • Ability to manage diversified portfolio and business complexity • Proven track record of achievements and ability to consistently meet and exceed medical KPIs • Operational discipline to execute aligned plans • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic • Effective and influential oral presentations within healthcare profession • Communication and negotiation skills • Excellent collaborative and organizational skills
