📋 Description

• Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities in the US, Hong Kong and Cyprus • Run month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations • Run parallel accounting across the corporate ERP and QuickBooks • Monitor automated transaction feeds and identify duplicates or mismatches before they reach the books • Lead annual statutory audits for the Cyprus and Hong Kong entities end to end with external auditors • Coordinate outsourced partners on US tax filings and local returns • Maintain and execute the group tax calendar, including CIT, VAT and local returns • Prepare and update monthly and quarterly P&L forecasts with plan-vs-fact variance analysis • Handle KYC/AML and compliance requests from banks, acquirers and PSPs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Senior, International or General Ledger Accountant in a multi-entity international company • Experience working under IFRS and/or US GAAP • Hands-on experience with statutory reporting, audits and local tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions • US, Cyprus or Hong Kong exposure highly desirable; other international jurisdictions acceptable • Experience with parallel accounting in an ERP alongside QuickBooks or Xero • Working understanding of automated data ingestion, including bank feeds and API integrations • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel for complex reconciliations and anomaly detection • Practical skill in P&L forecasting and variance analysis • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken • Autonomy to push an audit to completion without being chased • Big-4 or mid-tier audit background is a plus, not a must
